It's a very nice war game with a tank battle in a town, where you have to defend the radar station and you have to kill as much tanks an soldiers as possible.
The soundtrack is "bullet in the head" - a hatecore track of the band RageAgainstTheMachine of 1993. The game is also a Win 95 game.
Both the game and soundtrack are from the bloody 1990es.
Enjoy it. It's a cult like Snake, Space Invaders or Doom.
